I have Windows Vista, and I cannot install the ebrary Plug-in Reader™ on Mozilla Firefox.

Solution(s):

These are known issues with Windows Vista and Firefox (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Firefox_issues_on_Vista).

There are also some add-ons and plug-ins that have shown to be incompatible installing and/or running on Firefox with the Vista operating system, including the ebrary Reader.

Due to this ebrary is only supporting the Windows Vista OS using Internet Explorer at this time.
