Question/Issue:

I received a "Forgot Password" email from ebrary, but I did not request my password. What happened?

Solution:

Some other ebrary user is just confused and mistaken on what their username is. They cannot obtain your password this way since our system is designed to only email the address that is listed on the account with the username being requested; so there is no cause for alarm. This is more likely to happen with usernames that contain commonly used first or last names.
