Solution:
I forgot my password!
ebrary Support does not have direct access to your password for general security reasons, but you can have your password emailed to you by using our Forgot Your Password? function.
You will find this on the Sign In page.
Input your username in the field, and click Send me my password and your password will be emailed to the email address on file with your account within a few moments. If you do not receive the email after 30 minutes, please let us know.
What if I have changed my email address but have not updated my account yet? Can I still get my password?
If you have changed your email address since you started your ebrary bookshelf
account, you should sign in and update it so that if you do lose your password,
you will be able to retrieve it. ebrary can only get passwords for special circumstances,
as they are only accessible by limited specific personnel at ebrary. If you do
not have any books on your bookshelf, no notes or highlights and you can't get
your password because you do not have access to your old email; just create a new
one.
