I am an IT/Help Desk person responsible for installing the ebrary Reader and I've downloaded and used your installer, but I'm getting the following error:

Installing ebrary InfoTools Reader :
InstallClassFromUrl returned 8007007e - Error occured during install
File or path specified by the "/C" option was not found on destination server.

This is a normal Microsoft error that basically means "I couldn't get to that URL you told me to go to for that .cab file."

Typically this will occur when network or firewall settings are interfering with the download. Simply download the .cab file from here and place it on a webserver inside your firewall. Then use that URL for the /C parameter, and it will bypass the issue.
