  What are the trends or issues that impacted your decision to use ebrary?		•	At our university, we have experienced a dramatic increase in online classes, both 75% and fully online, therefore creating a greater demand for e-books and other electronic resources.
  What issues or problems has ebrary addressed at your library?		•	ebrary helps us to provide material for our online and distance students.
  What do you and your patrons like best about ebrary's technology?		•	We like the multiple, simultaneous user capability the best. Our students are happiest with the wide variety of subjects and content covered using ebrary’s technology and platform.
  What is your favorite InfoTools feature?		•	ebrary’s InfoTools offers a variety of benefits and features for our students. The ability to add notes is a convenient tool and the print feature, although odd in this time of electronics, is another favorite feature we all share at our library.
  What do you and your patrons like best about ebrary's content?		•	We have ebrary’s Academic Complete collection, and the sheer variety in the subjects and topics covered is a huge plus.
  What do your patrons think of ebrary?		•	Our students like ebrary very much, especially the review books (such as “Demystified”). The faculty, particularly those teaching distance or online classes, are happy that there are quality resources available for their students.
  How does ebrary compare to other digital resources at your library?		•	ebrary has many more tools and information resources available at our fingertips.
