425-739-8657What are the trends and issues that impacted your decision to use ebrary?
We were experiencing the increased need to expand our electronic book collection and enable our students to gain access to materials off campus. ebrary solved that need for us and is a great collection development project.
What issues or problems has ebrary addressed at your library?
Our library has no complaints! We have not experienced any problems that need addressing, but will add that since subscribing to ebrary we have been able to reach a larger number of students across our multi-campus locations (3), and we have been able to save money on ebook purchases.
What do you and your patrons like best about ebrary's technology?
ebrary’s InfoTools are the favorite features for our students. They like to read several items at one time and our students and faculty also enjoy instant access to books that span a variety of subject areas they could use at any given time.
What is your favorite InfoTools feature?
Specifically, the highlighting and note taking function are key features for our students.
What do you and your patrons like best about ebrary's content?
With the collection that our school utilizes, there is a little something for everyone! The flexibility and range of materials and content serves every part of our campus. We are very pleased.
What do your patrons think of ebrary?
Our patrons are very satisfied with ebrary’s platform. Once we have shown them how to access it, they like the ease of use and convenience, and especially appreciate the off campus access through a proxy.
How does ebrary compare to other digital resources at your library?
We believe that ebrary’s platform is more robust than our other digital resources.
