What’s available in ebrary and not available in any other e-books product is the simple and user-friendly interface. It’s very easy to find what you are looking for, even a single chapter hidden within the huge collection.
What do you and your end-users like best about ebrary's technology?
Our end-users range from students to researchers to doctors, so we appreciate ebrary’s ability to offer simultaneous, multi-user access to its content anywhere on or off-campus. Additionally, the customer support that is offered by our authorized reseller, TechKnowledege, is one of the best compared with our other 45 publishers and database vendors.
What is your favorite InfoTools feature?
We really like the ability to translate selected text to and from a variety of foreign languages, including Arabic.
What do you and your patrons like best about ebrary's content?
Our subscription to Academic Complete gives our end-users access to tens of thousands of e-books and other authoritative titles in all academic subject areas from the world’s leading publishers including Springer, Elsevier, and Taylor & Francis.
What your end-users think of ebrary?
I have made approximately 13 presentations to staff members on “How to use ebrary” and I notice the smiles on their faces as I explain how we have access to this valuable resource. We have achieved high usage of ebrary from the beginning of our subscription, and are able to track our usage at any time through a menu of reports.
