Chairman, Adobe Systems, Inc.
Before co-founding Adobe Systems, Mr. Warnock was principal scientist at Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC). Prior to joining Xerox, Warnock held key positions at Evans & Sutherland Computer Corporation, Computer Sciences Corporation, IBM, and the University of Utah.
Mr. Warnock's entrepreneurial success has been chronicled by some of the country's most influential business and computer industry publications, and he has received numerous awards for technical and managerial achievement. A partial list of awards includes: Entrepreneur of the Year from Ernst & Young, Merrill Lynch, and Inc. Magazine; Cary Award from Rochester Institute of Technology; Lifetime Achievement Award for Technical Excellence from PC Magazine; University of Utah Distinguished Alumnus Award; Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Software Systems Award; Award for Technical Excellence from the National Graphics Association; and the first Rhode Island School of Design Distinguished Service to Art and Design International Award. In 1998, Mr. Warnock also received the Corporate Outstanding Achievement Award from the Rhode Island School of Design.
Mr. Warnock holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (computer science), a M.S. in Mathematics, B.S. in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Utah, and an honorary degree in Science from the University of Utah.
David Pratt
Director, Callidus
Mr. Pratt has served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer for a range of corporate and non-profit organizations, including Callidus, which provides enterprise software applications that automate management of “marketplace pay-for-performance” programs used to drive corporate revenues; AvantGo, a mobile internet service company; gForce Systems, an enterprise software company focusing on e-learning; and the YMCA of the Mid-Peninsula, where he continues to sit on the board. He is also on the board of the YMCA of the USA. Over a span of 20 years, he has also held the titles of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Adobe Systems as well as Logitech Corporation, a manufacturer of computer input devices. Mr. Pratt earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
